Thanks to a fellow truth teller who lives halfway across the country, I was guided to the book of Psalms, Psalm 106, verses 36-38. Most of the text is in the blog post's headline photo, but it reads:
36 They worshiped their idols,
which became a snare to them.
37 They sacrificed their sons
and their daughters to false gods.
38 They shed innocent blood,
the blood of their sons and daughters,
whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan,
and the land was desecrated by their blood.
Some translations say 'demons' instead of false gods. But 'false gods' fits nicely, as well, regarding these days and times.
If you're like me, your world has been shaken a little over the past year. If you pay close attention to most of the world events, through many sources, maybe you've even shaken your own head, wondering where everyone else's sanity went. Perhaps you aren't even willing to trust too many people these days, or maybe you wonder who to trust at all, that is perhaps in the 'limelight.' And that is why this post received its title; I'm going to point out a few things that can maybe help you to determine who to trust these days.
First, let's talk about who you CAN trust. Best possible reference to that...anywhere in literature throughout history, as far as how to treat the children of this world, and how to NOT treat the children of this world - is source #1, numero uno - THE BIBLE. Luke 18: 15-17 sums up what God says about His view of children quite well:
"People were also bringing babies to Jesus for him to place his hands on them. When the disciples saw this, they rebuked them. But Jesus called the children to him and said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” "
Most of the references in the Bible outside of that, are informational and parts of other stories - but that right there, sums up the fact that Jesus LOVES children. It goes on to say that our hearts should be more like those of children in order to enter His Kingdom...pure, innocent, not yet or rather, no longer corrupt. Notice how Jesus rebuked His own disciples. For what, again? That's right; sending away the children. You know what Jesus NEVER said do?
Quite simply, sacrifice the children for your pleasure, or to false gods.
As a matter of fact, the one and only time God asks for a child sacrifice in the entire Bible, is as a test of His servant, Abraham. Long story short, He stops Abraham from carrying through with it, and yet sacrifices His own Son in the form of Jesus Christ many centuries later. Hmmm, seems like it might be worthwhile, trusting Jesus when it comes to the children. I'm reminded of the childhood song my grandfather sang all those years ago: Jesus loves the little children; all the children of the world.
Red and yellow, black and white, they are precious in His sight.
Jesus loves the little children of the world.
Now the rest of this post, let's talk about who NOT to trust. In order to do that, though, your eyes are going to have to see through the veil, so to speak. In a couple of my novels, my designated protagonist has a God-given gift to see things from the other side of what I refer to in the books as the Veil of Reality. It separates this physical world we live in from the spiritual realms of both Heaven and Hell. In the books, both demons and angels have the ability to remain invisible to most of us on this side of the Veil. Let's pretend, just for a second, that Satan has allowed mankind itself, or at least the most evil, twisted, elitist people - to create its own Veil of Reality. What if I told you, that while some of the most wealthy, influential, philanthropic ('lovers of mankind'- yeah, right) people in this world put up a great facade that shows them as kind, compassionate, caring people, wanting to 'save the green planet for our future generations,' - but on the other side of their artificial yet very effective Veil, they actually do horrible, no good, very bad things to the children?
What if they actually "sacrificed their sons and daughters to false gods?"
I've mentioned this before, but just last year, we had court rooms full of people in New York, CHEERING late term abortion. Cheering!
We've got billionaires funding Planned Parenthood, to use the leftover tissue of abortions for "medical research" (for the good of humanity, they assure us), and somehow we have celebrities everywhere seem to never age all the while. Conveniently, they almost all support abortion. Things that make you go hmmm, right?
We have children in some classrooms across America and around the world learning that truth is based on how they feel, and that if it feels good, it must be right. No problems will happen there, I'm sure.
We've got children placed in dangerous situations at the border between Mexico and the USA, many times for the benefit of a political cause - and we did have many brave men and women tasked with preventing some of those dangers to the children. But since around January 20 or so, suddenly the pathway for human trafficking is open all over again...the trafficking of CHILDREN , which amounts to worse than modern day slavery - and this is all in the name of 'compassion' for illegal immigration, right? What do people think happens to these children who are trafficked? Do you think that these huge rescues of tens to hundreds of children by US Marshals and the FBI and Border Patrol and state bureaus are by accident? Do you think, oh it's just a child here or there? Wake up, world! The children who don't get found, the ones who become completely wrapped up and lost in this underground den of sexual depravity and evil - they don't just miraculously appear back in their old lives and homes! They die! They are murdered. One can even say, because of the proponents of such 'noble causes' and abortion and plastic surgery injections for the sake of the fountain of youth for Hollywood (sense the sarcasm) - THEY ARE SACRIFICED!
This is not light reading. This is not for the faint of heart. This is not sugar coated. This is the reality of the world we live in. I don't know about you, but 'Jesus loves the little children' sounds a little more trustworthy right now, than say....Planned Parenthood or Drag Queen Hour at your local library. Especially if you were able to see with your mind's eye, what I see through our own modern day Veil of Reality.
So who do you trust now? Look at where people place their faith. Look at what they idolize or don't idolize. Look at whom they serve and where they place their allegiances. Apply all of what I just described, to the media influences you see in today's world.
Draw your conclusions from there.
In the meantime, may we all have eyes to see, and ears to hear - and the Truth will set you free.
